Notes, not clearance

CBM vs 20GP / 40HQ — cube before you book

Length × width × height × cartons, in centimetres, against a working 20GP ~28 CBM and 40HQ ~68 CBM. Not a booking.

Carton cube vs the box

Outer carton in centimetres. Working usable cube: 20GP ~28 CBM, 40HQ ~68 CBM. Weight still wins on stone and machinery.

24.00 CBM

About 0.86 × 20GP or 0.35 × 40HQ of usable cube. Not a booking.

Arithmetic only. Carrier cube, stuffing, and dest THC are a different PDF. Pair with the load-plan note.

What the numbers mean

Outer carton in centimetres. Divide by 1,000,000, then multiply by carton count. 20GP usable cube is often 27–33 CBM; 40HQ 65–68. Weight still wins on stone, tiles, and machinery. Write both cube and kg on the PI.

What this is not

Not a live load plan, not a carrier cube, not a booking. Pair with the load-plan note and a filmed bay. Labelled freight ads may quote; they must say advertising.

  • Can I mix SKUs in one 40HQ?

Yes if the packing list names counts, batteries, and food-contact. Yiwu mixed boxes fail when the list says “assorted”. Pair with the Yiwu town page and Lagos dest page.
